My uncle Mitko Kirov could not make the trip to Budapest - it is not recommended for him to fly too often these days. But on this photo he is present next to us with his art, together with my aunt Ro. She was a bit surprised to see the canvas hanging on the wall, but I explained that it was brought here for promotion of my uncle's art. This is true actually. Sooner or later I will manage to organize an exhibition of his works in Budapest. The previous one he did in 1978 was in Mucsarnok, and he does not want to give up on the level of the gallery, which makes things tough. But who knows - a retrospective 40 years later might be an interesting project for him.
